I mostly use Elipses' due to the unavoidable lack of substance or meaning to all or most of my posts. I also see people find it easier to understand what is written, especially on the Internet as the new form of 'Written Language' is forming right under our noses.

Hmmm... I mainly use it to show a pause in what is written as opposed to a missisng word/understanding.

One afternoon, I woke up because I had to go to work, and I took a shit before I left the house... of course, it's standard procedure to look at the first wipe to determine just how much more wiping must be done to rid your chocolate starfish of feces, and I noticed these red streaks running through my shit... I looked down, and the water had turned slightly red, and there were chunks of blood in the bowl...

This bothered me all day, of course, I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, and of course, I had an eight hour shift to work, so my mind was preoccupied all day long...

By the time I got home, I walked into the living room, and noticed a half-eaten bag of [i]Flamin' Hot Cheetohs[i]... I let out a sigh of relief and a hearty laugh. It turned out to be a good day after all.
