I think you should have people send in pictures of the fugliest people they can get on camera and post the "fugliest of the week"

also- you could have a contest to make up a fugly.com t-shirt. the people who visit your site could vote on the top five pictures and you guys can make the t-shirts nad sell them on your site. maybe the creator could get a certain percent of the profits- but since you guys suck- you would probably keep it all for yourselves and just send them the shitty t- shirt -wouldn't you?
