Actually, let's be honest - I'm drunk so I can do that. There's nothing really going on in Fugly except the Forum, which may be entertaining, or not - you be the judge - and the movies, which are now relegated to a mere once-a-week Friday night showing. The movie files are the only thing that really attracted me to begin with. The victims, to give proper credit, are often funny as hell, especially the latest one. But they appear, what, every two weeks or so? That's pretty infrequent.

Fugly is one of the sites I visit the most, and it's chiefly for the forums, but I suspect that if it doesn't start doing something to attract viewer attention on a more regular basis (something the movies used to do), viewership will decline.

In short, we need more victims. Perhaps we could encourage the Fugly folk to come up with their own? If we can submit homemade movies, then surely we can submit homemade victims.

I'm off for another beer...

Hey, I wasn't bitching or whining, just making some sober (more or less) observations about the status of Fugly. Like I said, I come to Fugly quite a bit, and I wasn't going off on a slagfest. I'm just stating the mundanely obvious point that there's not too much going on at Fugly.

Take away the Forums and what do you have? Movies and victims, neither of which are updated with any frequency. That's a problem - maybe. Again, you be the judge. I was just saying that the Forum folks should jump in to volunteer some more files or victims or whatever. It's an invitation to contribute to your site's success.

I know it's pretty well just you that's running the show, and it can be a lot of work. I'm not here to discourage you but to encourage the others. I'd send you freaky files every time I came across them, but, being the luddite that I am, that's not always possible.

Anyway, I was the only guy here (as far as I can tell) who offered some serious, constructive thoughts on the status of Fugly. Others were just pissing on your site and being all around assholes. So why nail me?

Perhaps I should just call your site shit, refrain from offering honest thoughts, and then you'd be a little happier. I'm being facetious here, but you get the idea. I'm just trying to make some honest and disinterested observations to facilitate the improvement of your site.

As for Stabmaster's idea that the movies don't need to be up all the time, cause we've already seen a million times, well, that makes sense. The old movies you can post on Friday - that was a good idea. But why keep the new movies relegated to a Friday-only viewing schedule?

Maybe that's not technically/financially realistic, to stick the (relatively) new movies up 7 days a week - I don't know - but I think my point is clear. It would just be nice to pop in for a visit every third day to see something new, other than the idiotic ramblings of Drag_on, etc.

Anyway, you can toss my thoughts out the window, blast me for being an asshole, or whatever. It doesn't really matter much to me. But don't think that I don't appreciate Fugly and the work you put into it. I do. I was just offering an honest perspective.
