I think I'm getting old and crusty. Life isn't joyfull and I fear La Fille en Suise was disapointed with my lack of enthusiasm on Old Year's Night. I coudln't deal with the univited guest and the fact that the crab cakes were not the overwhelming success that I had anticipated. Please do not mention the salmon mousse ... it's blandness was only surpassed by my colourless disposition.

I will be giving that troll, who works at the market, a piece of what's left of my mind for selling me an inferior product. I shall pinch him with his very own robster craw.
