My guess is that Skunky is one of those drunken Natives from Winnipeg...you know those ones...who don't bathe, who huff gas and sniff glue and drink certain brands of mouthwash because of their unusually high alcoholic content, who have no teeth left, who hassle you for money...and in a complete stupor, say incessant shit like "I'm Native, I'm drunk, and it's YOUR fault!!"
