Are you saying cannot tell the difference from regular sour cream or fat free sour cream.

Cause I like regular and cannot stand fat free and if you say regular I'll get me some.

Reason is I have my lab results from my last cholesterol test.

Total Chol. 374
HDL 38
LDL 278

Doc says I'm in bad risk of trouble and its heriditary so not much to do except take pills. And I hate the idea of taking pills id even try tofu.
